One New Hire Is a Real Order
Restaurants don't hire in batches. Someone gives notice Tuesday and a new server is on the floor Friday, and the shirt they need is one shirt, in one size, this week. There's no minimum here, so a single Black tee in 2XL is an order like any other. Every size costs the same from S to 3XL, so the host in XS and the dish station in 3XL are the same line item.
