Start With the Fabric, Because It's Cotton

These are cotton and cotton-blend Gildan garments. There is no performance fabric in our catalog, and cotton holds sweat rather than shedding it. A trainer coaching six back-to-back sessions will soak through one, so plan three or four per person in rotation, and expect they'll still change into their own gear for their own lifts. Printed cotton earns its keep during coaching hours, on class instructors, and on challenge shirts. It isn't technical apparel and we won't pretend otherwise.

Findable Without Shouting

A member looking for help scans for a person, not a logo. Trainers are crouched beside a rack, half-turned, or seen as a reflection two mirrors away, so the chest print is rarely square to anyone. One big simple mark beats a detailed one, and the word TRAINER or STAFF under it reads at a distance a wordmark won't. Front print only during beta, no back or sleeve yet, so the front carries all of it. Mirrors reverse text, which thin script survives badly. Printing light ink on Navy or Black? Class Instructors Are Their Own Order

An instructor at the front of a room is looked at head-on for forty-five minutes by twenty people, a different print problem than the floor, and the role that goes through shirts fastest. If the studio runs cold before the first class, a hoodie at $44.99 or a long sleeve at $28.99 covers whoever unlocks the door in the dark.

Custom prints aren't returnable for a size ordered in error; a wrong or defective print gets reprinted or refunded with a photo within 14 days.
