Two Ways to Run a Spirit Wear Order as a Volunteer Coordinator

Running a spirit wear order for your class, team, or troop? Collect a size run and place one order, or share a link so families order individually.

You're the class parent, team booster, or troop leader who ends up running the shirt order — not because it's your job, but because someone has to. You shouldn't have to guess a print quantity or front the cash before a single shirt sells.

Collect sizes yourself, place one order

If you're comfortable gathering sizes the way you always have — a paper sign-up sheet, a class list, a quick poll in the group chat — enter the tally directly at checkout: 6 YS, 10 YM, 14 S, 9 M, 5 L, 2 XL, 1 3XL. One design, one payment, one shipment to you or the school, so you hand out shirts instead of chasing a dozen parcels.

Or share a link and let families order individually

Don't want to be the size-collection bottleneck? Send the design link to your class list, team roster, or troop, and let each family order and pay on their own. Shirts ship to whoever placed the order. Less spreadsheet work for you, same design and colors for everyone.

Mix the two methods if you need to

You don't have to pick one approach for the whole group. Collect sizes from the families who turn theirs in on time, then send the link to stragglers instead of holding up the batch. Everyone still gets the same design and colors.

No minimum means no guessing

Every coordinator dreads committing to "24 shirts" before anyone has said yes. There's no minimum here — one shirt is a real order, and every size costs the same per piece, so a run heavy on 2XL and 3XL won't wreck your math. Order eight for a small club or two hundred for a whole grade; the process doesn't change, and youth and adult sizes, including a polo for the coach, ship together in one order.

How the design comes together

Describe what you want in plain English — mascot, team name, grade year — or upload the logo your group already uses. Ask for changes in chat until it's right; designing costs nothing, and you only pay at checkout. Everything prints to order with US partners, typically 2–5 business days plus shipping, with tracking along the way. Because each piece prints after it's ordered, custom prints aren't returnable for a wrong size or a change of mind — but if yours arrives wrong or damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
