Neighborhood groups run on volunteers who mostly know each other and residents who mostly don't. A printed shirt closes that gap for the length of a cleanup morning or a Saturday block party, and costs less than the coffee you buy for it.

What the shirt actually says

Not "we're in charge." The useful message is narrower: this person is a neighbor doing a neighborhood thing. A stranger with a block party flyer is a solicitor. A stranger in a shirt reading Maple Hollow Neighbors is a neighbor. That's the whole job.

It works the same way at a cleanup, where residents who never saw the newsletter are watching adults with rakes stand near their fence line, and for a welcome committee knocking on the door of a family three weeks into a new mortgage.

Volunteers, not staff

Worth being plain about, because it protects you: everyone in the shirt is a volunteer, and a shirt doesn't make anyone an official. Print the role under the name so the distinction is visible from the porch. Volunteer. Welcome Committee. Board Member. A resident who reads "Volunteer" asks a different question than one who assumes you speak for the association, and that's the better conversation to have.

Front print only during beta, which is the print that matters here anyway. Set the name large enough to read from twenty feet and stop. Meeting times and web addresses turn into a smudge on a moving person.

The annual meeting sets the calendar

Most associations elect in the same month every year, which makes ordering easy to plan instead of easy to forget. Order once for the outgoing board's last event and again after the vote, when you actually know who said yes.

Nothing is warehoused, so the design just sits there. No minimum. One shirt for a new committee member in the middle of the year is a real order, and every size costs the same, S through 3XL.

Garments and colors

The Adult Tee is $24.99 and the Youth Tee $22.99, so kids raking beside a parent ship in the same order. The Adult Polo runs $32.99 for anyone who'd rather not wear a tee to the annual meeting. For cold mornings, the Adult Long Sleeve is $28.99 and the Adult Hoodie $44.99, with the Youth Hoodie at $39.99. See custom polos for the fit details.

Colors: Navy, Red, Royal, Black, White, Sport Gray, and Forest.

One honest limit: these are printed cotton garments, not safety gear. Crews working near traffic need proper vests from a safety supplier worn over them.

Timing

Production runs about 2-5 business days plus shipping, with tracking, so order two weeks ahead of cleanup Saturday. Custom prints aren't returnable for a size ordered by mistake; if one arrives wrong or defective, send a photo within 14 days for a reprint or refund.
