Custom Food Truck Shirts Built Around the Service Window
Custom food truck crew shirts printed to order: no minimum, Adult Tees $24.99, prints placed high so the service window ledge never cuts them in half.

A food truck sells through a slot in a wall. Your customer stands on asphalt looking up, and the only part of your crew they ever see is a band from the collarbone to the counter sill. Design for that band and the shirt works all shift.
Put the Design High on the Chest
Standard placement centers artwork on the sternum — roughly where the ledge crops you. Move it up toward the collar, shorter and wider, so it clears the sill and stays whole while somebody leans out with a tray. Test it before you order: stand behind a kitchen counter while a friend sits across from you and see where you get cut off. Front print only during beta suits the geometry, since nobody meets your back through a window.
Two or Three People, No Back of House
Inside the box you are cook, cashier, and host at once, turning in a space narrower than your arms. Keep the art as one compact block instead of a wide banner that wraps the ribs and folds out of sight every time someone reaches for a basket. Matching shirts also answer the question a storefront answers for free: which of these people works here.
The Only Part of the Truck That Moves
At a forty-truck festival your wrap faces whichever way the organizer parked you, half-hidden behind a neighbor's awning. Your crew doesn't stay put. Someone walks the menu board out to the line, hauls ice, eats on a curb in plain view. Regulars find you by spotting a person, not by reading a truck they can't see yet. Print one thing somebody could say out loud — the truck name, or the dish you're known for.
Colors, Sizes, and Prices
Under string lights beside a lit window, Black, Navy, and Forest read as clean silhouettes and let the print carry; Red and Royal pop at a daytime market. The color guide shows how ink sits on each shade. There's no minimum — one Adult Tee at $24.99 is a real order, and every size costs the same, S-3XL. Mixed garments ship together: a Youth Tee ($22.99) for the kid on the card reader, an Adult Hoodie ($44.99) for cold market mornings, a Polo ($32.99) for catering off a table.
How Ordering Works
Describe the design in plain English or upload the artwork already on your truck, then refine it by chatting. Designing is free; you pay at checkout. Everything is printed to order by US print-on-demand partners — roughly 2-5 business days of production plus shipping, with tracking. A custom print can't come back for a size ordered by mistake, so check the size guide first. Wrong or defective? Send a photo within 14 days for a reprint or refund. Parked somewhere fixed part of the week? See staff uniforms for small businesses.
